Social Media and Marketing Assistant

Job overview

The Social Media and Marketing Assistant role is onsite in Auburn, WA, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour. It is a part-time position of approximately 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule; some hours may be needed during community events or while capturing clinic content. Circle Creek Therapy is a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic providing speech, occupational, physical, behavioral health, and ABA services. The assistant helps the clinic grow its community presence and share its work by creating marketing materials and social content, coordinating events, and supporting administrative projects. The role contributes to helping more children and families learn about the clinic’s services.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing ideas
• research ways to connect with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
• create marketing materials
• assist with community events and clinic initiatives
• plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content
• collaborate with therapists and staff on content
• capture and edit photos, videos, and graphics
• monitor social media performance
• organize marketing assets
• support administrative and special projects.
