What you'll do

• Create and manage purchase and repair orders
• coordinate material staging for scheduled maintenance
• analyze requisitions, inventory, usage, demand, and forecasts to set stock coverage and reorder points
• source aircraft parts and services
• support bids and supplier agreements
• negotiate pricing and terms
• manage repair orders and warranty claims
• monitor supplier performance
• resolve purchasing and invoice discrepancies
• support receiving, inspection, storage, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
