It supports client workforce needs and branch recruiting goals through candidate and client relationships, pipeline management, and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting tools
• interview candidates and evaluate qualifications
• coordinate client interviews and guide candidates through hiring
• process applications, verify employment requirements, coordinate background checks and drug screens, and complete onboarding documentation
• maintain candidate pipelines and relationships
• follow up on placements
• assist with office operations and branch recruiting goals.
