The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role is an onsite, full-time position in Shreveport, LA, with a salary of $50,000–$65,000 per year depending on experience. What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day behavioral therapy across facility services in conjunction with the BCBA and psychologist
  • assess learning domains including language, academics, social skills, and functional life skills
  • support Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • train, supervise, and oversee Registered Line/Behavior Technicians
  • train facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavior analysis techniques
  • coordinate with families, staff, and team members to support program consistency and efficacy.

Why this role

Requires current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience. Proof of BCBA Supervisor Training is specified for technician oversight.
