Family Practice Physician — Primary Care

What you'll do

• Provide routine, preventive, chronic disease, and acute care
• perform exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications
• coordinate with behavioral health, social services, nursing, and specialty referrals
• participate in team huddles, case conferences, and quality improvement
• document encounters and care plans
• follow evidence-based and regulatory requirements.
