Oncology GI / Pulmonary Nurse Navigator

The Oncology GI / Pulmonary Nurse Navigator role is onsite in Beaufort, SC; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Create, develop, and facilitate GI services and screenings
• act as a liaison among GI providers, radiology, and medical, surgical, and radiation oncology departments
• support patients through screening, testing, biopsies, treatment recommendations, and follow-up
• serve as a first point of contact for referring physicians and patients
• coordinate follow-up imaging, biopsies, and oncology referrals
• identify and intervene in GI-related issues
• develop protocols and pathways and continuously improve the service.
