What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• assess and document patient status
• administer medications and treatments and report adverse reactions
• maintain treatment records and vaccine documentation
• participate in patient and team rounds and meetings
• give and receive shift reports
• direct respite aides and communicate patient needs
• maintain current and accurate clinical records.
