Technical Manager

This role exists to serve as the primary field customer contact, providing expertise and assistance to internal and external clients. The manager plans and coordinates customer visits to ensure products and services satisfy customers while nurturing relationships to provide accurate feedback to internal teams.

What you'll do

• Provide expertise to client facilities and internal locations
• plan and coordinate customer visits
• nurture customer relationships
• provide feedback to QA, R&D, and Sales
• advocate for the customer
• ensure effective corrective actions
• reduce costs related to product failures
• support R&D in developing market-ready products
• collaborate with equipment and adhesive suppliers
• submit timely reports
• ensure follow-up on customer issues
• work with R&D on trial forms
• develop interpersonal skills with regional customer base
• communicate at all levels
• manage projects.
