• Monitor facility entrants and ensure they sign in and out
• monitor cameras and fire alarms to ensure they are working properly
• train to respond to crisis and emergency situations
• participate in staff meetings about program concerns and people served
• serve as an appropriate role model
• communicate information accurately
• follow applicable evidence-based practice models and agency policies.
