What you'll do

• Manage construction phases from pre-development through completion and turnover
• act as owner’s representative
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
• review drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, and reports
• monitor progress, delays, costs, and risks
• participate in contractor selection and contract negotiations
• lead project meetings and report status
• review change orders and pay applications
• coordinate permitting, inspections, quality, and compliance
• conduct site inspections
• support closeout and certificates of occupancy
• assist with planning, scheduling, and risk management.
