Containment Vacuum Truck Operator

The Containment Vacuum Truck Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Carmichaels, PA, with day and night shifts available; compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The operator reports to the Operations Manager and works at oil and gas pads, sites, and locations. The operator removes contaminants from containment areas and maintains dry, organized sites while operating and caring for equipment. The role supports operational and safety goals through careful vehicle operation, communication, housekeeping, and compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Safely operate and maintain a 20-barrel vacuum truck and containment equipment
• maneuver the truck on site, monitor tank levels, dispose of contaminants on site, and connect and disconnect hoses without spills
• conduct vehicle and site walk-arounds
• communicate with the Operations Manager, team members, customers, and contractors
• identify and report safety, environmental, equipment, and documentation issues
• follow safety policies and procedures
• perform housekeeping and follow Spill Prevention Plans
• comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
