What you'll do

• Provide routine transfer assistance, memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence care
• assist with toileting, showering, hygiene, medication reminders, mobility, and fall prevention
• provide companionship and light housekeeping, including social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping
• maintain accurate client-care records and communicate with the care team.
