What you'll do

• Lead boundary, topographic, construction staking, and as-built surveys
• plan daily field activities
• operate and oversee GPS units, total stations, levels, and data collectors
• collect, process, and verify field data
• perform survey calculations
• maintain field notes and documentation
• interpret plans, maps, deeds, and legal descriptions
• assist with land-record research and CAD drawings
• maintain and calibrate equipment
• enforce safe field practices
• train and support junior crew members.
