The Station Agent is an onsite role based in Kodiak, AK. The starting wage is $21.95 per hour. This role supports the airport operations team in providing guest services and ramp functions. This role exists to ensure a seamless guest experience from curb to cabin. The agent performs both customer-facing duties, such as ticketing and boarding, and below-wing ramp duties, including baggage handling and aircraft marshaling, to maintain safe and efficient flight operations.

What you'll do

• Assist guests with travel needs including ticketing and boarding.
• Perform ramp functions such as baggage loading and aircraft marshaling.
• Maintain ramp and warehouse areas.
• Evaluate and prepare flights.
• Perform boarding and gate duties.
• Process and secure passenger luggage.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
