What you'll do

• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and improvement projects in restaurants
• conduct facility walk-throughs and identify maintenance needs
• respond to urgent facility issues and support emergency coordination
• complete general building and plumbing repairs
• troubleshoot refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building systems
• coordinate vendor support
• administer HVAC and refrigeration preventive maintenance programs
• manage service requests, vendor dispatch, repair records, spending, warranties, and facilities reporting.
