What you'll do

• Assist with creating and executing activity calendars and personal schedules
• ensure supplies and working technology are available
• invite and assist residents in activities
• prepare evening engagement plans and follow up on execution
• assist with monthly activity and food budgets
• communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• maintain an attractive environment that fosters engagement and socialization.
