Area Property Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Oversee property operations, vacancies, leases, maintenance, and security
• ensure compliance with Section 42, HUD 4350, property-specific LURA, and applicable regulations
• support property and regional managers
• maintain EIV according to company policy
• assist with revenue collection, audits, and lease-file reviews
• train and motivate onsite staff
• inspect properties, units, and grounds
• review preventive maintenance
• report incidents
• travel between sites.
