What you'll do

• Represent policyholders in coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad-faith claims
• review policies and claim materials
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• manage caseloads and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel
• represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• advise policyholders
• collaborate with legal staff
• develop local business and client relationships.
