Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Process invoices through OpenInvoice and OpenTicket
• enter and code invoices
• convert approved tickets to invoices
• submit monthly invoice batches
• review billing accuracy
• resolve disputed and rejected invoices
• follow up on payment status
• obtain remittance information
• coordinate payment application
• maintain Excel reports
• monitor aging and balances
• support month-end activities and process improvements.
