What you'll do

• Complete facility cleaning and maintenance tasks
• inspect the garage and address maintenance issues
• clean entrances, exits, stairwells, office, booth, and restrooms
• empty trash
• paint surfaces and replace burned-out bulbs as directed
• apply oil absorbent to spills
• submit repair requests
• check safety items, gates, and ticket equipment
• record gate counters
• maintain janitorial supply inventory and sweep sheets
• operate cleaning or outdoor equipment as applicable
• report hazards or unusual occurrences
• assist customers and resolve complaints
• cover cashier or attendant duties as needed.
