The Soccer Shots Coaching and Operations Intern role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with work at the Soccer Shots Complex in Middletown and program sites across Cumberland, Dauphin, and York Counties. Compensation is $11 per hour. Soccer Shots is a children’s soccer program for ages 2–8 focused on character development. The intern combines youth coaching with operational support to help deliver safe, engaging soccer sessions and keep program activities organized. The role also contributes to scheduling, equipment preparation, season planning, marketing, customer service, and coach development.

What you'll do

• Coach weekly soccer sessions with safety, fun, and positive engagement as priorities
• create an encouraging environment for children
• represent the program as a role model
• assist with scheduling, equipment preparation, and season planning
• support marketing, social media, parent communication, promotional events, coach training, and team meetings.
