The Camp Reed Program & Alumni Relations Director role is onsite in Spokane, WA, with a requirement to live onsite at YMCA Camp Reed during the traditional summer camp session. What you'll do

• Manage and monitor assigned operating budgets
• help plan and implement Camp Reed programs
• recruit, hire, train, develop, and supervise employees and volunteers
• oversee summer camp operations and the Junior Counselor program
• manage camp registrations and store operations
• support fundraising and grant applications
• develop alumni engagement strategies and coordinate alumni events
• apply safety and child-abuse prevention procedures.
