This role is responsible for providing daily supervision and mentorship to students, managing household routines, and fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. The goal is to create a structured, family-like environment that helps students reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth.
