What you'll do

• maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, associations, and organizations
• qualify inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements
• conduct property tours
• coordinate room blocks, meeting space, menus, layouts, schedules, and event details
• communicate specifications to internal teams
• oversee assigned events onsite and follow up afterward
• maintain sales pipeline and client records
• represent the property at relevant networking and industry events.
