What you'll do

• Lead and manage an insulation installation crew
• train and direct crew members
• review job scopes
• communicate with homeowners
• install blown-in and batt insulation
• perform air sealing and attic preparation
• ensure correct insulation depth and R-value
• maintain clean job sites
• protect homes
• conduct quality-control inspections
• complete job photos and documentation
• maintain trucks and tools
• follow safety procedures.
