Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Huntingtown, MD. This is a part-time, onsite position. The pay is $38.00 per hour. Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in providing physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. This role is responsible for implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments to help patients regain their physical abilities and improve their quality of life.

What you'll do

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual.
• Execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of the patient.
• Collaborate with peers.
• Make referrals to help patients get the care they need.
• Put patients first.
• Ensure patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
