CNC Router Operator — Night Shift

The CNC Router Operator — Night Shift role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, working Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour, with a $1-per-hour night-shift differential. The operator supports Fiber Pad’s production of customer orders. The operator sets up and runs CNC routers, checks parts against customer specifications, and helps reduce errors and scrap. The role also supports safe, organized production and works with programming and engineering to resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate three-axis and five-axis CNC routers using project specifications and appropriate tooling
• read and interpret blueprints
• follow product and machinery SOPs
• check product quality and help reduce errors and scrap
• assist with training new operators
• collaborate with programming and engineering to resolve issues
• follow safety protocols
• help maintain a clean and organized facility
• perform other duties as assigned.
