What you'll do

• Review project plans and specifications
• conduct site visits
• develop detailed estimates for plumbing and HVAC projects
• prepare bid proposals and maintain bid logs
• collaborate with clients and project stakeholders on scope, constructability, schedules, and budgets
• evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• attend pre-bid meetings
• lead project planning and management
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• procure materials and equipment.
