After-School Director

The After-School Director role is onsite in Lakeland, FL, paying $20 per hour. At Mi Escuela Montessori, the program extends the school’s Montessori mission through a structured, nurturing afternoon environment for students.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement an after-school curriculum combining academic support, Montessori-aligned enrichment, and active play. Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers
• maintain staffing ratios and DCF compliance
• manage schedules, attendance, and resources within budget
• communicate with families after 3:30 PM
• and prepare program offerings for the 2026–2027 school year.
