- coordinate quality metrics and reporting
- partner with physicians and administrators on care pathways
- identify service expansion and technology opportunities
- develop staffing, equipment, capital, and operational plans
- lead recruitment, coaching, evaluations, and workforce development
- and support patient experience and service recovery.
