Job overview

The People & Culture Business Partner role is onsite or hybrid, three days a week, in Burbank, CA. The annual pay range is $105,000–$115,000. XR Extreme Reach provides a platform for advertising operations, connecting production, assets, rights, delivery, and analytics. The partner advises business leaders and owns assigned client groups, aligning talent strategies with business needs while managing employee lifecycle operations, workplace administration, talent programs, employee relations, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with business leaders and align talent strategies
• identify organizational and process challenges and develop solutions
• partner on workforce planning and change management
• manage onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and HRIS data
• respond to employee and manager inquiries
• oversee local office operations and vendor relationships
• support performance management, career development, retention, and succession planning
• investigate employee relations issues
• ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace safety requirements.
