What you'll do

• Lead and develop inventory control coordinators
• reconcile ERP and warehouse management system records
• investigate shortages, overages, damage, and receiving errors
• monitor inbound shipments and transfers
• oversee cycle counts, audits, and adjustments
• coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners
• track performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
