What you'll do

• Lead contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders
• represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts
• conduct depositions, mediations, and first-chair trials
• advise clients through family law matters
• manage hearings and estate or guardianship proceedings
• draft pleadings and discovery
• use Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and e-filing systems.
