The Porter — Resident Services role is onsite in Westwego, LA. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports upkeep and resident services at a multifamily residential apartment community. The porter maintains grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking areas, and community buildings, while assisting with unit preparation and assigned maintenance tasks. Timely upkeep and resident notices support the community’s service quality and resident experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings
• remove trash from office areas and the community perimeter daily
• assist with make-ready units and vacant-apartment trash removal
• assist with assigned maintenance tasks
• help clean available units and models
• operate pressure washers and backpack blowers
• deliver resident notices
• report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager
• operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures.

Why this role
