Capital Project Engineer II

What you'll do

• Prepare preliminary and detailed engineering designs, project cost and life-cycle analyses, and equipment selections
• manage projects from start to finish within agreed cost and schedule while minimizing disruption to plant activities
• develop and maintain mass and energy balances
• analyze physical and chemical processes and lead solutions
• prepare capital investment requests
• obtain and analyze bids
• negotiate and execute purchase and contract agreements
• manage supplier and contractor performance
• conduct PHAs, MOCs, and PSSRs
• coordinate with site and corporate HSE to meet safety requirements.
