What you'll do

• Answer and direct inbound calls and electronic inquiries
• document patient interactions in the EMR
• explain appointment types, preparation instructions, forms, and policies
• schedule appointments across providers, specialties, and locations
• manage availability, waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling
• collect and verify demographic, insurance, and referral information
• verify insurance eligibility and identify authorization needs
• process medical records
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
• collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
