What you'll do

• Develop scopes of work and bid assigned capital-improvement projects
• obtain approvals and provide monthly program updates
• draft or review subcontractor scopes
• manage contractors and vendors
• prepare work schedules
• manage project documents
• conduct site walkthroughs
• review project costs and subcontractor payments
• prepare change orders and obtain approvals
• lead or participate in project startup, closeout, and improvement efforts
• schedule material deliveries and coordinate equipment rentals and vendor returns
• photograph completed work.
