Compensation is $16–$18 per year. The Account Manager is an onsite role based in Antioch, TN. , though the role offers a starting hourly rate between $16.50 and $17.85 per hour. This position supports the Rent A Center store team by managing rental accounts and driving store performance. This role exists to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The Account Manager contributes to sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships, completing deliveries and pickups, and maintaining store standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, conduct early-stage collections, meet collection standards, maintain account health, complete delivery and pickup routes, provide customer service, contribute to sales growth, transport and install merchandise, and maintain showroom standards.
