What you'll do

• Oversee temporary staffing needs and agency relationships, including onboarding, attendance, performance, timekeeping, invoice reconciliation, and workforce reporting. Provide HR guidance at assigned facilities
• support recruiting, screening, hiring, onboarding, transitions, and offboarding
• address employee concerns and conduct investigations
• monitor attendance and payroll accuracy
• maintain records and support employment-law compliance
• assist with safety, training, engagement, and process improvement.
