What you'll do

• Own and maintain the Enterprise Issue Management Program
• promote consistent application of the Three Lines model and risk practices
• coordinate enterprise risk reporting and provide challenge and decision support to executives and committees
• monitor risk appetite and key risk indicators and escalate material concerns
• design targeted risk assessments and scenario analysis
• assess strategic initiatives and material business changes
• oversee second-line data governance
• coordinate risk committee materials and follow-up
• maintain documentation for governance, audit, and regulatory examinations
• support staffing, selection, and performance management.
