The Community Liaison – HIV Prevention and Outreach role is based in Prescott Valley, AZ, with approximately half of the time spent in the community throughout Yavapai County. The liaison builds relationships with community members and partner organizations, provides HIV prevention and sexual health education, and connects people with care and resources. The role also represents Northland Cares at events and supports mobile clinic operations and community-based testing.

What you'll do

• Engage community members throughout Yavapai County
• represent Northland Cares at events, health fairs, and outreach activities
• build relationships with partner agencies, healthcare providers, and community leaders
• provide HIV prevention and sexual health education
• connect individuals with care and community resources
• assist with mobile clinic operations and community-based testing.
