What you'll do

• Configure Kepware OPC Server and secure OPC UA connections between shop-floor controllers and supervisory or enterprise systems
• architect and maintain bidirectional data exchanges between manufacturing machinery and corporate IT databases using FactoryTalk Transaction Manager
• program, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs
• design and deploy HMI/SCADA interfaces using Siemens WinCC and Rockwell FactoryTalk View
• collaborate with MES, Operations, Quality, and IT to integrate automated machinery, map tag databases, troubleshoot communication bottlenecks, and ensure data integrity.
