What you'll do

• Oversee daily construction project operations from start to finish
• supervise and support crews and subcontractors
• ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
• coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory
• serve as the main contact for project managers, engineers, architects, and clients
• conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
• maintain daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
