What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence and social skills
• help maintain health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues.
