The Assistant Bakery Manager is an onsite role based in Waxahachie, TX, supporting the bakery department at Sprouts Farmers Market. What you'll do

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
• Monitor in-coming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and monitor the quality of Bakery product.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries, operate, and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure the execution of all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations.
