What you'll do

• Sort, rinse, load, unload, and store dishes and kitchen equipment
• rewash items as needed
• change dish machine water and monitor wash and rinse temperatures
• hand-wash cookware and equipment
• set up and break down the dishwashing area
• clean mats and floors
• manage soak tubs
• clean dish machine components
• remove trash
• perform general restaurant and restroom cleaning
• promptly clean spills.
