What you'll do

• Administer LAN and WAN
• maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and licensing agreements
• supervise contracted technicians through Help Desk work orders
• troubleshoot and maintain PC hardware and software
• maintain administrative, user, and network ID records
• write user procedures and develop and deliver technology training
• identify opportunities for technology improvements
• obtain vendor quotes and coordinate implementation
• participate in designing integrated data systems.
