Warehouse Team Leader

The Warehouse Team Leader role is onsite in South Brunswick, NJ. The schedule is Monday–Friday, either 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Compensation is $21–$22 per hour. Williams-Sonoma’s distribution centers connect its supply chain with retail, online, and mail-order customers. The team leader coordinates assignments, directs and trains associates, and monitors workflow, productivity, quality, and safety. The role helps the distribution center meet departmental goals and deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
