What you'll do

• Lead warehouse, yard, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations
• set priorities for safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service
• develop and coach a workforce of more than 90 employees
• align staffing and schedules with order volume
• oversee delivery scheduling, route coordination, driver assignments, fleet readiness, maintenance, and inspections
• improve receiving, storage, picking, loading, inventory counts, returns, and transfers
• address recurring discrepancies.
