What you'll do

• Provide service to guests and team members

• book, edit, and cancel appointments

• resolve guest issues
• maintain guest areas
• collaborate with leadership
• clean the spa, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and laundry
• meet a 20% weekly conversion requirement.
